LETHAL INJECTION
The ‘Lethal Injection’ four person group show @ 111 Minna Gallery featured Robert Bowen, who I really love… this tib bit of a preview is called “Lucky Strike 7/ Reef Baby.” You can expect to find more hybrid mechanical animals like this propeller shark.
BLOOD
The ‘Blood’ group show curated by PRISMA @ WWA Gallery featured a fantastic line-up of illustrators. This preview bit from Caitlin Hackett called “The Kingfisher’s Child” is eerily beautiful, with the kingfisher birds poking away at the body with such a soft touch.
